Retainers

There are 2 types of retainers

1. Removable retainers. These are worn at night time.
2. Fixed retainers. These are small wires bonded to the inside of the front 4 or 6 teeth

Both fixed and removable retainers are recommended and are to be worn for as long as you wish to keep your teeth straight.
